We deliver throughout Ireland. Standard delivery usually takes 4–5 working days. For urgent orders, please email websales@rexel.ie and we’ll advise on faster options. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout by postcode. Oversized items incur a €150 delivery fee. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders — see our delivery policy
 

Collect in Branch
Collect in Branch is available at 23 branches nationwide and is typically ready within 4–5 working days. Please do not visit the branch until you have received an email confirming "Your order is ready for collection".

Returns & Refunds
You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days for a full refund. Certain items (for example cut-to-size cables, final clearance and special orders) cannot be returned — please check our Returns Policy for details.

To begin a return, complete the return form available online and contact our web team, who will advise on arranging collection or drop‑off at one of our branches and any applicable fees.

Refunds cannot be made in‑store; we will process refunds to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned items.
